- Promoted to shift leader after one month on the job
- Worked nights 3-5x a week serving 100+ people per night and maintaining the store

Constantine Flooring Center - Constantine, MI - Retail/Customer Service
- Changed ordering and inventory process which led to missing parts to drop from ~2x a month to 0
- Best part: process was so simple that the system is still used to this day, even without me around to support it
- Saved 6 flooring installers around a half hour every morning (3 labor hours for those doing the math) by prepping their jobs the night before
- Worked with 2-3 customers a day for an hour at a time talking product, pitching flooring ideas, and generally making sure I was pleasant enough that they chose to do their flooring with us

High School Helpers - Constantine, MI - Manager and Laborer
- My greatest lesson and an utter failure
- Recruited 10 local high schoolers to be do it all laborers - leaf clean up, weeding, digging gardens, furniture moving, and more.
- Working 2-4 hours every Saturday and Sunday for a few months, grossing $7,000 in sales
- Handled customer recruitment, Facebook page managing, advertising, scheduling, transportation for employees, and did the work with the kids

Kaizen Squad - Goshen, IN - Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Team
- Started as a no-code app developer working with the Tulip platform
- From scratch, my partner and I implemented a system on the line that included light up bins with correct parts, a button which texted group leader if workers needed help, as well as a cycle time indicator which updated live in managers’ offices
- Moved to building floor plans which improved part flow and also reduced waste
- In one section of the factory, we reduced worker movements over 75%
- Also participated in group exercises of designing an area of the plant to be used for a new product being brought into the factory
